Hunter Valley Cheese Factory
This purpose built factory has been operating since 1995, and has been able to fill the need for tourists who wish to sample the great tastes of artisan cheese and locally made produce.
There are a couple of different tasting menus to choose from, with a popular question and answer opportunity with one of the senior cheese experts, who would be happy to help and answer any questions regarding the cheese making process.

Previously known as Bluetongue Brewery, this is Pokolbin’s first and only brewhouse. Booking is highly recommended to sample the 12 craft beers.
Cheese and Wine Tasting at Pokolbin Estate
Pokolbin Estate opens its doors to tourist for a premium, exclusive tasting, which includes;
- A selection of up to 8 premium Hunter Valley wines including Sparkling, White, Rose’, Red & Dessert Wines
- A gourmet Hunter Valley cheese platter including 3 cheeses, various biscuits, chutney, mixed olives & caramelised balsamic in olive oil.

Hunter Valley Gardens

Aqua Golf & Putt Putt
These family friendly activities are located just outside of the Hunter Valley Gardens opposite the Shopping Village. Hit the golf balls into the beautiful lake to try and win a prize or take your club to the challenging 18-hole putt putt golf course.
