You can plan your own day or we can help you to plan it.
Visit up to 5 cellar doors if trying wines is in your plan. Maybe it could be a mix of wines, craft beers, food, a distillery or two. There are so many choices and options available.
There are activity centres available such as segways, an escape room, axe throwing, horse riding or a carriage ride, paint and sip, virtual paint ball to name a few.
Its up to you, your tour is about you and your group! Plan a combination of all.

- Your responsible for all other cost for your private tour (ie: tasting fees/lunch)
- Extra time if you need longer than 7 hours($99p/h)
Guide to planning your tour
We’re always here to assist if you need.
1. There are four wine sub-regions Pokolbin/Rothbury, Lovedale, Broke Fordwich and Wollombi areas.
2. Think of where you would like to visit and write them down.
3. Open a google maps page and put your first venue in the search, then map the others you would like to visit in a time efficient loop, if you can. Remembering the more time you spend in the tour bus, the less time you spend sampling and enjoying the wines (try to stay in the one subregion)
4. Our website has a list of venues both food and wine that we like to visit. This may be of help to you.
5. Call or visit our website to see some of the places we visit to help guide you.
6. Remember pre-paying your tasting fees helps make your day run seamlessly.
7. Email or text us your completed booked-in itinerary for your tour at least 3 days before your tour.
* You can bring your own lunch and sit outside. Weather conditions can not be guaranteed, please check the weather before your tour if you bring your own lunch and sitting outside.
Pickup Times
You will be notified usually the night before your tour date by either text, email, or phone call what time to expect to be picked up for the start of your tour. Please ensure you check your phone or email for pickup time.
Pickup Radius
12km radius of Pokolbin (Roche Estate, Broke & McDonalds Rds) is the local area, other locations may be subjected to pickup surcharges. Newcastle, Maitland, Singleton, and other surrounding areas incur per booking one-off charge.
Wheelchair and Mobility Accessibility
This is subject to availability. You must inform us at the time of booking if you require this service.
Hen’s & Bucks Parties
This tour is not suitable for hen’s and buck’s parties. Non-disclosure WILL incur extra charges of *$50per person payable before the tour commences or the tour will be voided. No exceptions will be made.
