- Distance is limited to local Hunter Valley area
- Extra time of $150ph or part of
- Night rate extra time of $200ph or part of
- 13 people seated in the back and the 14th person is in the front with the driver
- Alcohol is not to be consumed inside the vehicle
- Food is not to be consumed inside the vehicle
- Smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
- Cleaning fees apply for vehicle being left messy $500.
- Cleaning fees apply for bio-waste/human fluids in the vehicle $1000 plus professional cleaning cost

Pickup Radius
12km radius of Pokolbin (Hunter Valley Gardens) is the local area pickup, other locations may be subjected to pickup surcharges. Newcastle, Maitland, Singleton, and surrounding areas incur per booking one-off per booking charge.
Hen’s & Bucks Parties
This tour is not suitable for hen’s and buck’s parties. Non-disclosure WILL incur extra charges of $50pp payable before the tour commences or the tour will be voided.
